To enable cookies on your web browser and take advantage of ALM services, please follow the steps below.

Cookies setting for Chrome

To stay signed in, you must enable cookies on your browser:

  1. From Chrome menu, click Settings
  2. In settings, click Show advanced settings
  3. On clicking Show advanced settings, Privacy options appears, under Privacy click on Content settings
  4. In Content settings, under Cookies, select Allow local data to be set
  5. Click Done to save changes

You'll need to restart chrome for the new settings to take effect

Cookies setting for IE

To stay signed in, you must enable cookies on your IE 9, 10, or 11 browsers:

  1. Open IE 9, 10, or 11 browser
  2. Click the gear-wheel icon at the top right of the browser window
  3. Click Internet options
  4. Click the Privacy tab and select the Medium setting.
  5. Under General tab, please make sure section highlighted in red on screenshot is not checked
  6. Click OK

Please confirm the window was not opened in Private Browsing mode.

You'll need to restart IE for the new settings to take effect

Cookies setting for Safari

To stay signed in, you must disable Private Browsing on your browser:

  1. Open the Safari browser
  2. Check Private Browsing is not selected

You'll need to restart Safari for the new settings to take effect

  1. Close all Safari browser windows
  2. Click the Safari icon to open Safari

Cookies setting for Firefox

To stay signed in, you must enable cookies on your browser:

  1. Open the Firefox browser, "click ALT + T"
  2. From the menu bar select Tools
  3. Under Tools, select Options
  4. From the menu bar, Select Privacy tab
  5. In the Privacy tab, Select Remember history
  6. Note: Keep it as is, if Remember history was already selected. If you want to go for custom settings, select Use custom settings for history

  7. Under Use custom settings for history, select Accept cookies from sites
  8. Under Accept cookies from sites, select Keep until: they expire
  9. Click OK

You'll need to restart Firefox for the new settings to take effect

Cookies setting for iPhone

To stay signed in, you must enable cookies on your iPhone:

  1. From the Home screen, select the Settings icon
  2. In Settings, select Safari
  3. Make sure "Block Cookies" setting is set to "Never"

Please confirm Private Browsing is off

Note: While Private is enabled, Safari appears black or dark instead of white or gray

You'll need to restart Safari for the new settings to take effect

To restart Safari on IOS6:

  1. Press the Home button again and select the Safari icon to open Safari
  2. Once Safari is opened, press the Home button again, this time holding it for a few seconds until the Home screen reappears
  3. Select the Safari icon again to reopen Safari

To restart Safari on IOS7:

  1. Press the Home button again, then press the home button twice in a row
  2. Once you see the screen image and app icons for each open app, slide right until you see Safari
  3. Close Safari by sliding up from the screen image

Cookies setting for iPad

To stay signed in, you must enable cookies on your iPad:

  1. From the Home screen, select the Settings icon
  2. In Settings, select Safari
  3. Make sure "Block Cookies" setting is set to "Never"

Please confirm Private Browsing is off
